All astrology consultations, reports, and sessions are nonrefundable once booked. This is because every reading requires time, preparation, and personalized analysis.

2. Cancellation by User

If you wish to cancel a session before the astrologer begins reviewing your details: • You may request a reschedule at no extra cost. • No monetary refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule once if informed at least 4 hours prior to the session start. Last minute cancellations will be treated as completed service.

4. Delay or No Response

During high volume days, delivery timelines may shift. We do not offer refunds for delays, but we ensure every booked service is delivered.

5. Wrong Details Provided

If incorrect birth details are provided, the consultation may lose accuracy. Refunds are not applicable for wrong or incomplete details submitted by the user.

6. Service Not Delivered

If due to technical issues or internal constraints a service cannot be delivered, 9th Orbit will offer either: • A rescheduled appointment or • A full refund (only in cases where no consultation or analysis has begun)

7. Fraud or Abuse

If a user engages in fraudulent behavior or misuse, 9th Orbit reserves the right to cancel the service without refund.
